The back patio is now in. Spray foam pre-insulation is complete. Electricians are moving down from 2nd floor to the main level. Plywood is down in attic for some additional storage.

The Site

The site has been chosen. We will be building our home at 955 Pinnacle Drive. We are very excited to be moving to Legendary Lake Mills! Our architect has started with preliminary drawings for our home. We are looking forward to the 3D rendering to arrive in the next couple weeks.

Framing Progress

The steel columns have been delivered to the site. Most of the first floor walls are up. Tomorrow the 2nd floor trusses will get delivered. A view out the dining room window onto the 6th green. A view from the dining room looking across the foyer and great room into the kitchen / dinette. A view into the dining room. A view from inside the garage. A view from the basement into the foyer. On the basement level the office is below the trusses and the dining room is above. The opposite view of the foyer. The stair will switch back on this wall. A view of the two bifold doors onto the screen porch. A view of the great room. The right windows go into the play room and the window on the left is above the kitchen sink.

Foundation Poured

Eighty-six yards of concrete later, the foundation has been poured!
